Second Visit, September 2011

This time I went in the company of plenty of engineers, Christchurch City Council reps, insurers and historic places people; but best of all, I was able to make it up to the Swell for the first time to get pictures for Rieger of what had happened there. Nothing that a little tweaking wouldn't fix, it seemed, although the pipes did look more like a fan, than upright ranks.
